CAMP POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

Transportation Authorization

I, parent or legal guardian of my child, give Krazy Kids permission to transport my child to and from weekly field trips.

Camp Hours

9:00am – 4:30pm.

Registration Fees and Tuition

Our registration fee is $50 and is non-refundable. In addition, at the time of registration, we ask for a $25 initial deposit for each week you register your child. This $25 will be deducted from that week’s tuition. No refunds will be provided if you cancel that week. Tuition is $245 per week and based on enrollment, not days attended. Tuition payments are due in advance, see payment schedule below:

Sibling Registration

If you are registering multiple children and each child will be attending Krazy Kids Camp at different weeks, each child must be registered separately.

If you are registering multiple children and they will be attending Krazy Kids the exact same weeks, you may proceed with all children on one registration.

Our $25 sibling discount only applies if they attend camp the same weeks.

Changes to your Child’s Schedule after you Register

Changes to your child’s enrolled weeks must be done prior to June 1, 2026. We can swap weeks if there is availability, and your initial $25 deposit will be applied to your new chosen week. If you cancel a week after you already enrolled for that week, no refunds will be provided.

Waitlist

If you register for any of our “waitlist” weeks; the $25 initial deposit(s) will not be requested. However, if we contact you to take you off the waitlist and enroll your child; the $25 initial deposit is due at that time and will be applied to that week’s tuition.

Early Care

Early Care is from 7:30am – 9:00am daily. This is an additional fee of $35 per week. If you require Early Care, please register now during the weekly enrollment process.

After Care / Pick Up

After Care is from 4:30 – 5:30 daily. This is an additional fee of $25 per week. If you require After Care, please register now during the weekly enrollment process. Final pick up is at 5:30pm. There will be a $5 late fee imposed for every additional five minute block of time your child is picked up past 5:30pm.

Child & Parent Account

Krazy Kids has implemented an online payment portal allowing weekly auto-pay for tuition. Once you have completed your initial registration, and it is reviewed by our Krazy Kids administrative team, you will receive an email invitation through Brightwheel asking you to join your child’s profile. It is here, in your child’s profile, that you will set up auto-pay, as well as upload necessary documentation needed to complete your child’s registration.

T-Shirts

T-Shirts will be handed out on the first field trip your child attends. They are required to wear their camp Krazy Kids T-shirts on every field trip day. If they do not wear their T-shirt on that day, we will provide a T-shirt with a $13 charge.

Zero Tolerance

We have a zero tolerance policy for bullying, inappropriate language, or hands-on behavior. If your child shows any of these behaviors we will take the 3 following steps: 1. Verbal warning 2. Written warning 3. Loss of field trip/suspension day.

If we have taken these three steps and there are still behaviors shown that we do not tolerate, we will have a meeting with the parents/guardians and child to determine next steps.

Cell Phone/Electronics

Cell Phones/Electronics are not allowed to be used by our campers at Krazy Kids or on our vans on the way to and from field trips. All electronics need to stay at home or in their backpacks at all times.

Important Dates

Krazy Kids Camp will be closed Friday, July 3th for the holiday. Tuition is prorated at $196 that week.

Adding and Changing Days/Weeks

You may add or change the weeks you have signed up pending availability and approval from our Camp Director. Schedule changes need to be done at least 3 weeks before the Monday of the week you are changing, adding or canceling. If you cancel within the 3 weeks there will be no refunds provided and tuition will be charged as normal at the full rate. By signing below; you agree to all tuition and cancellation policies. Some field trips are paid in advance, please note you may be responsible for payment of field trip – if an advance payment is made based off your original registration.

Theme Weeks & Field Trips

Theme weeks and field trips may change due to weather or other challenges associated with scheduling large groups. If this happens, we will do our best to reschedule field trips to a different location and new parent permission slips will need to be signed. Please note: field trip days chosen are not guaranteed and we may need to schedule your child to a Tuesday vs a Wednesday and vice versa. We have many factors to consider when building our roster for the day, including but not limited to age, siblings, and available seats in our vans. We will do our best to schedule your child on your first choice day once you’re fully registered for our program. Each week will have STEAM projects during our daily programming, this includes: Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math related projects. Theme week programming & field trips are a combined charge and are not included in our weekly tuition. Weekly programming and field trips costs range from $12-$18 per child depending on venue, transportation costs etc. Please check out our Krazy Kids Facebook page to see our theme weeks in more detail.
