Thank you for registering your child for our 2024 Summer Camp Program.

You have completed the initial step in enrolling your child.

Within the next 48-72 hours you will receive an email invitation to join our online camp portal called Brightwheel (an app for your phone is also available).

It is here through this online portal that you will complete the necessary steps to finalize registration for your child to include:

• Set up weekly auto-pay
• Complete the following forms
  • Krazy Kids Camp Waiver
  • Registration & Emergency Form
  • Payment Agreement Form

In addition to the forms found in your child’s online profile, the below paperwork must be printed, completed and uploaded back to Brightwheel. The below forms are required from the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and must be completed by your physician’s office.

• Health Assessment Form (page 1 & 2 completed or page 1 completed with a copy of your child’s recent physical & Immunization)
• Authorization to Administer Medication (if needed) 

Once we receive your finalized paperwork and it is reviewed by our administrative staff, you will receive an email confirming your child’s registration and participation in our program.

Your child is not fully enrolled until all paperwork is returned and approved.
